


Tricia Kelly, Managing Director, established Jardin Group, LLC as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) in September 2012. In 2014 Ms. Kelly contracted with an entity working with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Office of Credit Risk Management to assist with the 7(a) Risk Oversight contract. In 2020, Jardin was awarded the 7(a) Risk Management Support Services contract with the SBA. From 2000 – 2020, Ms. Kelly contracted with multiple 8(a) certified small businesses working with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Asset Sales managing the Multifamily and Healthcare Loan Sales program. Prior to government contracting, Ms. Kelly owned and operated a successful travel agency in Washington, DC from 1986 – 2000.
James Andrews, Chief Operations Officer, joined Jardin in 2020 and is the Team Lead on the 7(a) Risk Management Support Services contract with the SBA. Mr. Andrews has an extensive background in financial analysis including evaluation of portfolio metrics, risk and regulatory compliance, policies and procedures, and identification of operational weaknesses and deficiencies. In addition, he has comprehensive knowledge of concepts, principles and practices of financial structure, liquidation, and lending policies.
JARDIN has successfully transacted and closed more than twenty-eight (28) Multifamily and Healthcare loan sales for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Asset Sales, with an unpaid principal balance of nearly $5 billion. Currently, Jardin is engaged with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Office of Credit Risk Management to provide 7(a) Risk Management Support Services.
